THE ASK
The People Team (HR) did not have a shared communication process, brand, or voice, which led to inconsistent messaging, redundant communication, and disengagement from audiences. There was a need for standardized processes, products, and branding, accessible across the global team.
MY ROLE
I created a toolkit with guidance on a range of communication practices that was widely accessible for every team member through an online platform. I adapted organizational guidance and templates for the People Team and socialized a communication process across the team of 80. Templates I created include PPTs, communication planning guides, reports, process maps, audience maps, and Infographics.
THE RESULT
The People Team adopted the processes, strategies, and templates, which resulted in a stronger, more trustworthy brand and more efficient, team-wide communication practices.
