Central HR Hub

THE ASK
There was a lack of information sharing and resource access across HR and the global team. A central hub was needed as a starting off point for all team members to find resources and up-to-date key contacts for HR-related tasks.

MT ROLE
I managed this project end-to-end, from the vision to the strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and design. I lead a working group of 12, to map out and build a SharePoint site with access to all HR-related tools, focal points, and technical support. I incorporated feedback from focus groups and stakeholders at each stage so the hub reflected the diverse needs of all 5,600 employees, and managed the global dissemination to promote use and continuous improvement.

THE RESULT
The SharePoint site was shared with staff in January 2025. In the early stage, it was most useful to HR staff for pointing people in the right direction to get the right support, serving as a trustworthy source of news and important updates, and promoting access to required resources in all 40+ countries where staff are based.
